前言

INTRODUCTION

CNC (Computer Numerical Control 计算机数字控制)加工是指通过计算机程序控制机床的运动和加工过程,对金属/非金属材料进行切削、钻孔、攻丝等自动化加工,能够精确地制造出各种复杂形状的零件。

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining refers to controlling the movement of machine tools and the machining process through computer programs. It conducts automated machining operations such as cutting, drilling, and tapping on metal/non-metal materials, and is capable of precisely manufacturing various parts with complex shapes. 

在传统的 CNC 加工生产模式中,上下料环节往往依赖人工操作。工人需要频繁地将待加工的毛坯件放置到机床的工作台上,加工完成后再将成品取出。这种方式存在诸多弊端。一方面,人工操作的效率较低,工人劳动强度大,而且长时间重复操作容易导致疲劳,进而影响加工精度和生产效率。另一方面,人工上下料难以实现 24 小时不间断生产,限制了企业的产能提升。

In the traditional CNC machining production mode, the processes of loading and unloading materials often rely on manual operations. Workers need to frequently place the workpieces to be processed on the workbench of the machine tool, and then take out the finished products after the machining is completed. This approach has numerous drawbacks. On the one hand, the efficiency of manual operations is relatively low, and the labor intensity for workers is high. Additionally, long-term repetitive operations are prone to cause fatigue, which will further affect the machining accuracy and production efficiency. On the other hand, it is difficult to achieve 24-hour continuous production through manual loading and unloading, thus restricting the enhancement of the enterprise's production capacity.

为提升生产效率,该公司引入了高性能自动CNC加工中心,搭配自行研发的桁架机器人,并采用华成工控QC-L3G 机床线性机器人控制系统,构建了“CNC加工中心+桁架机器人”全自动生产线,实现了“毛坯入、成品出”的高效加工模式。 

A certain technology company in Zhejiang is a company integrating research and development, production, and sales of fluid connectors. Its main products include transition joints, hose joints, quick connectors, oil pipes, and oil pipe assemblies, etc. In order to improve production efficiency, the company introduced a high-performance automatic CNC machining center, equipped it with a self-developed gantry robot, and adopted the QC-L3G machine tool linear robot control system of Huacheng Industrial Control to construct a "CNC machining center + gantry robot" fully automatic production line, realizing the efficient processing mode of "blank input and finished product output".

It adopts the design of multi-core direct connection and integration of driving and control, which can be flexibly combined with multi-axis motion control, featuring a high degree of integration. The design of common bus to reduce energy consumption can effectively save energy and lower the production costs of enterprises. 

2. 高速通讯精准控制

High-speed communication and precise control

芯片直连内部总线,程序控制周期 1ms,伺服通讯周期达 250μs,电流环通讯周期达 62.5μs,实现高精度,高响应控制,能够精准高效地完成上下料作业。

The chip is directly connected to the internal bus. The program control cycle is 1 ms, the servo communication cycle reaches 250 μs, and the current loop communication cycle reaches 62.5 μs. This enables high-precision and high-response control, allowing for accurate and efficient loading and unloading operations.

3. 优化料盘堆叠逻辑

Optimize the stacking logic of the material trays

针对上下料场景,新增双料盘模式,设置独立车床安全区,取放料更精准,提升生产效率。

For the scenarios of loading and unloading materials, a dual-material tray mode has been newly added, and an independent lathe safety zone has been set up. This makes the process of picking and placing materials more accurate and improves the production efficiency. 

4. 高安全易操作

High safety and easy operation

配备车床专用安全逻辑,防撞机,提高系统安全等级。多种车床专用堆叠模式,减少示教流程,用户上手快、操作便捷。

It is equipped with a dedicated safety logic for lathes to prevent machine collisions and improve the system's safety level. There are also various dedicated stacking modes for lathes, which reduce the teaching process, enabling users to quickly get the hang of it and operate it conveniently.
